Southern fried chicken, elevated. High-ceilinged, buzzy room in Ohio City. Strong whiskey list — the cocktails are just as good as the food. One of the best spots in Cleveland.

- Fried chicken (bone-in) with Mac & cheese and collard greens
- Pimento cheese and fancy deviled eggs to start
- Whatever whiskey cocktail the bartender recommends

A wall of whisky greets you at the door. The bartenders know their stuff — they'll walk you through a guided scotch flight with palate cleansers between pours. Two levels, relaxed atmosphere, no rush. A hidden gem in Cleveland Heights.
How to Approach It
- Tell the bartender your usual scotch — peaty, sherried, or lighter — and let them build a flight
- Ask for the palate cleanser between pours — they do this well
- Wednesday nights have customised flight specials (not tonight, but worth noting for future)
